Distribution mode switch

There is three eligibility criteria for using the distribution mode switch button :

• The work must be in Category mode
• The work must be created by the society’s own CMO
• The work must not be enriched

This switch is useful for resolving conflicts in the process.

Steps : Search for and display the work. Go to the ‘Participants’ section. Then click on the ‘Convert to role-based’ button.

Result: the work is now distributed by role.

Note : In this example, the button is not displayed because the work has already been enriched.
