1- You must verify that works you want update are well present in IDA database.
2- Create a file XLS or XML with information you want import in IDA.
NB : If you want make a global update, you must to use the same order than if you create an ADD file.
If you wish to update or enrich only specific fields, you must use other file formats depending on the field you want to update/enrich. You can add, modify, or delete specific fields when using this type of update (field-by-field UPDATE).
Please find below the ORDER of the fields for each CSV file:
Field-by-field UPDATE [ADD]

If you want information about the meaning of the fields in IDA, you can download the latest nomenclature file.
3- Save this Excel file in the specific ‘CSV file’ format or create your file in the XML format.
4- Import your file on the TEST platform first, then if the result is good, you can import your file on the PRODUCTION platform.

Add a right owner : test_csv_fbf_ro.csv
Add a title : test_csv_fbf_add_otitle.csv
Update a other tilte : test_csv_fbf_update_otitle.csv
