Qu’est ce que l’EOD ?

EOD est l’accronyme pour Export On Demand.

La fonctionnalité EOD permet d’interroger IDA à partir d’un ensemble de critères spécifiques. Le fichier EOD correspond à la recherche avancée de l’application IDA.

En fonction des options que vous avez choisi dans votre page profil utilisateur (https://prod.ida-net.org/index.php?section=user&action=myprofile) l’EOD vous fournira un fichier d’export présentant les différentes informations que vous avez sélectionnées.

Par exemple : A quelles oeuvres est rattaché un participant ?

IDA vous fournira, au choix un fichier xml ou un fichier csv / excel.

Comment construire mon fichier EOD ?

Votre service informatique peut générer le fichier xml pour vous 🙂
Il ne vous reste plus qu’à interroger IDA, en chargeant le fichier EOD dans la page Export Job Management (https://prod.ida-net.org/index.php?section=export&action=export_job_list) ou en déposant via FTP / SFTP, le fichier EOD dans le dossier Export du serveur.

Dans tous les cas, il est impératif que vous ordenanciez les champs correspondants à vos critères de tri, dans l’ordre ci-dessous :


IDA_REF
ISAN: ISAN reference of a work
MAIN TITLE: Maint title of the work
SUBTITLE: Subtitle of the work
REF_EPISODE: If it is a series, the episode number (numeric only)
SEASON: If it is a series, the season number (numeric only)
PRODUCTION YEAR: Year of production
SHOOTING_COUNTRY: Country of production
DURATION: duration in minute
ORIGINAL PROD.: last name of the participant/Right owner
PARTICIPANT LASTNAME: last name of the participant/Right owner
PARTICIPANT FIRSTNAME: First name of the participant/Right owner
ROLE: Role of the participant (if empty, original production)
SOCIETY INT. REFERENCE: Society of the internal reference searched
INT. REFERENCE: Society internal reference registered in IDA
